🎯 The Custom Onboarding Process:
  1. The Assessment: You fill out a detailed intake form covering your medical history, ski level, and equipment access.
  2. Movement Screening: Upload a few short videos of basic mobility tests (squats, lunges, etc.) to the portal.
  3. The Blueprint: We design your initial 4-week training block, complete with video demonstrations.
  4. Execution & Adjustment: We track your metrics weekly and scale the intensity as you get stronger.
